Made an appointment for 9:30 am. At that time literally every slot for the day was open. When I got there at 9:25 there were three people in the lobby. I was left waiting for an hour and 45 minutes. I was very satisfied with the NP care. But there was zero reason for the wait and for the COVID test. That was purely a money grab. I informed staff that I live by myself and have not been in contact with anyone in over 10 days. Yet she insisted on a Covid test, which she administered incorrectly.

Cathy that did my original work up was so unfriendly and actually seemed bothered by doing an assessment on me. I only know her name is because I had to ask. All staff should introduce themselves and maybe pretend to be a patient care advocate. The PA was friendly enough but my summary lists assessments of me that were not done for example she lists my mucous membranes were moist and that my uvula was midline but she never looked in my mouth. I went up there to see what was going on with my toe and they couldn't even tell me , I probably won't be going back up there in the near future

Waste of time and money. I most likely need abx and you claim allergies which I’ve had my entire life and something is clearly off.

Never have I ever been talked down to before when I was sick. I am not a drug seeker and have never been told by a PA when someone’s sick. Oh people need to stop normalizing or I’m sick. I don’t feel good blah blah blah blah blah blah she’s like you’re sick you’re sick. Let it run its course. I will never be back.
