I checked in and told them my symptoms, waited over an hour just to be told they couldn’t help me because they don’t do ultrasounds, bloodwork, or urine samples. And I would probably be sent to the er for something as minute as a “possible uti or kidney infection”

Prescribed me a medication that was never discussed or communicated with me to a pharmacy 3 hours away from me.

I can’t remember the name of my provider, but I went to my primary care two days after my visit, my primary care told me my diagnosis and provided me the correct medication. The provider I had at urgent care was only concerned rather I had Covid or not when I told him my main concern was pneumonia because I’ve had it in the past. He said he was just concerned about Covid and that I had an ear infection he didn’t even check to make sure I didn’t have pneumonia or any other sickness. I had a 9:50 appt. Didn’t get called in until 10:40! They weren’t very busy at all. I’m not sure why I would bother with an appt. It then took 20 minutes with Nurse and Dr . I then waited 15 minutes for an X-ray. I won’t be back.

I came in with pulled muscle. Felt nauseas from Advil so almost - but didn’t- throw up there. So they said they wouldn’t give me an X-ray in case I ’fainted” during it, and they immediately sent me to the emergency room. I was in ER waiting for 11 hours! 4 blood tests, 3 ekgs…eh?. I was there for a pulled muscle. To me it was a racket to make $$$.
