Experience was great, only issue is that not all seniors are tech savvy, so front desk of millennials should be a little more patient when giving instructions for registration. When I asked questions, they repeat the same answer as it was scripted. So I had to figure it out myself.
Grateful this Beaumont Urgent care was open on Labor Day when I started having Covid symptoms. They had access to my records and were able to prescribe me Paxlovid that day. I would have been miserable without it. The place is easy to find, clean and efficient. Thank you so much for providing this service.

I came in with rash over neck, forearms and chin. I love had piano ivy before so I told provider I suspected that’s what this was again. She tells me she thinks it’s sunburn. My eye is partially swollen and I have little red bumps…. This did not make me ever want to come here again

The NP accused us of wanting pills (prescription drugs) instead of care. I was never examined and my concerns were dismissed. The provider made me feel rushed and insignificant. She even grabbed my upper abdomen, to seemingly prove that I wasn’t in pain. She also doesn’t know human anatomy because she misidentified where my appendix is located on the body. I’ll never return.
