This time I did not receive my prescription and I was pretty upset waiting for my pharmacy in line thinking they sent my prescription over and they did not

Easy to get in. Nurse was nice enough. Felt like I wasn’t listened to. I had already gone to the doctor earlier in the week, but symptoms got worse to the point I couldn’t swallow or drink or eat (was never noted in the clinical notes). I was told “you have to wait for the antibiotics to kick in”. Well it says right on the box if symptoms don’t improve in 48 hours to see a doctor again so that’s what I was doing. Got sent home with a $115 and take some Motrin… yeah because that was working even when I could swallow.

I had made an appointment and was seen on a timely basis.
I came in with UTI symptoms. I’m very familiar with the feeling of a UTI. Supposedly the urinalysis came back negative for infection. Somebody was supposed to call me today with the first day growth culture and still haven’t received anything nor is anything uploaded to my chart which typically that happens less than 24 hours from them receiving the sample. The doctor did not want to prescribe me antibiotics (understood) but didn’t send me anything for pain and discomfort. I’m still not convinced that the urinalysis read neg... read more

TERRIBLE IS UNDERSTATEMENT! don’t even waste your time going here.a bunch of lazy non concerned staff that could care less. They will take you back after waiting and waiting and have you sitting. The provider came in and stated everything is fine just walk around …my stomach is swollen with pain and other symptoms and after waiting over an hour I’m told to just walk around. What a jokeAny good reviews must be by the staff
