Got there 5-10 minutes early for the appointment. Waited until 20 minutes after the appointment was supposed to be before getting called back. Waited in a room for 25 minutes. My mom was out front and she asked the receptionist what was taking so long. She said they were busy. I think they forgot about me. My mom said people who were called back after me left while I was still waiting in the room. We left more than an hour after we got there for an appointment that only took 10 minutes after they finally saw me.

Place was empty and I was sitting in the room for an hour. PA came in and claimed that a kid had breathing difficulties and went to the ER which is on the same property as the clinic. That diagnoses didn’t take an hour.

Easy to get in. Nurse was nice enough. Felt like I wasn’t listened to. I had already gone to the doctor earlier in the week, but symptoms got worse to the point I couldn’t swallow or drink or eat (was never noted in the clinical notes). I was told “you have to wait for the antibiotics to kick in”. Well it says right on the box if symptoms don’t improve in 48 hours to see a doctor again so that’s what I was doing. Got sent home with a $115 and take some Motrin… yeah because that was working even when I could swallow.

I came in with UTI symptoms. I’m very familiar with the feeling of a UTI. Supposedly the urinalysis came back negative for infection. Somebody was supposed to call me today with the first day growth culture and still haven’t received anything nor is anything uploaded to my chart which typically that happens less than 24 hours from them receiving the sample. The doctor did not want to prescribe me antibiotics (understood) but didn’t send me anything for pain and discomfort. I’m still not convinced that the urinalysis read neg... read more
