Due to COVID I was behind on cleaning. I called to make an appointment and due to the backlog of patients the next cleaning appointment wasn’t available until October. I was asked if I would like to be placed on a waiting list and if someone cancels they would call. There was a cancellation and I was able to be seen months before the scheduled appointment.
