I think I accidentally deleted my first review, so here it is again! Denise is very knowledgeable about the process! She saved us money in closing costs, got us down payment assistance, and helped to fix our credit! She's also very patient with those of us who aren't very savvy in the process of purchasing a home. Thanks to Denise and her team, my wife and I were able to purchase our very first home when we didn't even think we could! We highly recommend Denise!

My loan officer was Denise King from Prime Lending and she is good at what she does. Her and her team work hard on my loan and if I ran into any issues with the home, she would quickly explain my options as to what I can to do close. She also gave me updates as to what was going on in my loan process. This is the first time I’ve dealt with a mortgage company and I was treated right.

Denise and Jenny were tremendously valuable assets through the whole process. This was my first home purchasing experience and at no point did I feel lost or overwhelmed with the information I was being given. If I had any questions it was answered very thoroughly and well enough for me to understand. I'd definitely recommend this group for any new home buyers!

Even after more than a year of becoming a first time homeowner Denise still takes the time to follow up with me. She and her team helped me make it happen to own my first home. They were fantastic advocates and educated me in, what seemed to me, a very complicated and daunting processes. But, everyone on her team made me feel relaxed and walked me through everything that I needed to do and know to make this first time process not so stressful. They truly are an awesome group of people!
