Marcie and her team have a very pleasant "can do" attitude.They were skilled enough to overcome any obstacle in the loan process.Their office was very professional and they returned phone calls in a prompt manner. I found them head and shoulders above the on-line companies!!

We wanted to move closer to work, so we put our house up for sale. We used the lender that our realtor recommended. The whole experience with them was an absolute nightmare. What was supposed to be done within a couple of weeks, turned into one month, and then on to another month. At this point, we were having to live in a hotel as they strung the whole process along. The Hines team is great. They were very easy to work with while closing on the first house I ever bought. I got a great contract on my mortgage and the house closed very quickly, so I definitely recommend them if you're not already settled on any other lender.

I started with a different lending company, who wasn't very responsive. Once I found Marcie, I only had a few weeks till my scheduled closing. She was AMAZING. She and the team at cornerstone worked extremely hard with many unusual hurtles in my particular case and made my closing date. I won't use anyone else and will recommend them as much as possible.

We working with both Chris and Marcie Hines when we purchased our first new home. We were using a VA Loan and ran into some difficulties with appraisers but everything was smooth sailing because of the Hines Team. Quick to get the loan started and finished. Got my interest rate reduced in a short time as well. Glad to have worked with this lender, just wish they wouldn't have offloaded my loan so quickly (one month).
