They closed on time with ease and speeds They take on the stress so you don’t have to! They’re communications are top of the line. You will know where you’re at each step of the way. Their systems made everything such a breeze and it almost feels unreal of how easy the loan process was. I know who we will be coming to when we need our next loan. We worked with Ryan and his team to purchase our first home and they could not have made the mortgage process easier! They were very responsive, knowledgable and great to work with. They always quickly and thoroughly answered any questions we had. Ryan was able to get us preapproved very quickly and once our offer was accepted Ryan and his team were able to help us quickly close. They went above and beyond to make sure our closing was completed on time and made the process as smooth as possible. Ryan and his team are amazing! We have done a couple of home loans with him (purchase and refinance). They were super helpful in making sure we had all of our documentation together and helped us get great rates! I particularly like how easy it is to get ahold of Ryan or someone from his team with questions and how his team presents several options/scenarios so that you can choose what works best for you.

Ryan and his team came into our home closing equation late (at no fault of their own) as my husband and I needed to find a new lender to work with after receiving lackluster customer service from a "Big Bank Group". He was quickly able to share what options and rates they could provide and schedule a home appraisal so we could close on short notice. The Niles Team delivered with style & grace! He was an amazing communicator and diligent given we were working with less time to close in a non-traditional home purchase agreement. His team was able to turn around what was starting to feel like a stressful situation into a smooth-sailing process. Ryan and the entire Niles Team were instrumental in helping my wife and I close on our home purchase under some challenging circumstances. We were originally working with a national bank for our purchase under contract, but their loan team based on the East Coast completely dropped the ball, and treated me like just a number to them. In speaking with my network, Ryan came highly recommended as someone with knowledge of the unique details of the Seattle real estate market, and who could provide customized solutions not found at an international banking institution. With the ability to meet my closing date in jeopardy, I reached out to Ryan, and after reviewing my situation he assured me his team could get me to the finish line on time. From that point on it was a night and day experience working with his team compared to the big bank. We received nearly daily communication updates by phone, text and email on how our closing was progressing, and we always felt we were Cornerstone’s most important client. We received a great rate, competitive fees and the entire process was clear and easy. There are many options available when looking for home financing, but I can say from experience you want someone based locally that works to earn your repeat business. I highly recommend the Niles team for anyone in the Puget Sound looking to purchase a home, and look forward to working with them again for all future mortgage needs.
