Working with Ryan and his team is the main reason we were able to even get a home! Their motivations and efforts to go above and beyond, talking to the selling agents about us, and continuing to support us in this hot Seattle market are things we highly appreciated. Their constant and continued communication lead us to a 14 day close (even though it was planned to be 20) on the house of our dreams. We wouldn’t be here without them. Ryan participates in the seminars for first-time homebuyers to give good and current information on the state of the market and what's actually needed to buy a home. I took that course on March 27, thinking that maybe I'd be ready to buy 6 months down the road.
