Over the last 7+ years, Ryan and his team have handled our home purchase and two refinances. Every loan process has been smooth and easy, and has gone exactly as expected. Ryan has always given us good advice, and multiple options where applicable (e.g. FHA vs. conventional, buy down the rate or not, etc.). Second time we have come to Ryan and we could not be happier with the decision. Ryan and his team are a great team. We had an initial meeting with him and as first time home buyers he walked us through the process as well as all the costs that would be associated with each step.
