Charla was wonderful for me esp because I was in a stressful situation and she handled every aspect great!! Charla and Tiffiney made it happen...! I had what it took, but I had some loose ends that Charla worked through and got me into an even better loan than was expected. She follows through, keeps her promises, and responds at a moments notice. I hope to be contacting Charla soon to refinance because I wouldn't go to anyone else! She is the BEST!

Charla is my "go to" lender in my business. She is caring, knowledgable, and she always delivers first class service and ON TIME closings!!!! I have referred her to my clients, friends, family and associates. If I need a real estate loan, Charla would be who I would trust to do an exceptional job. I consider her an integral member of my team. Simply said, SHE IS THE BEST!!

I've worked with Charla for many years and she makes sure every loan goes through as smooth as possible. I've never had a single loan close late with her handling the transaction. Can't say the same at all when I have to work with other lenders. She directs her fantastic team to work through all the difficulties in the lending process. The lending environment is very difficult so my clients absolutely needs the best, which is why I always ask them to call Charla.

My husband and I have bought a few houses in the past, but none of our experiences with prior lenders have been as smooth as the one with Mike Lynch at Cornerstone Home Lending.
