I do not know how to thanks Mike and his Team at Cornerstone Home Lending. I had acquired a few properties before and refinance a few times as well, but no one has provide the level of professionalism like Mike's team. I can tell you that I will never look for another team to do a real estate transaction anymore. If you want excellent service and the best interest rate possible in the market, this is the team to go.

Mike responded to my initial contact, on a 3 day weekend, immediately. Spent the time to talk about what I could expect in terms of a re-fi for my home in Escondido. I was in a hurry to get it closed and he made the process extremely simple. There were no delays or any confusion in processing my loan - his staff was equally responsive and helpful. Mike Lynch was very helpful right from the beginning of a Refinance he helped me with. All the people that works with and for Mike Lynch are very professional and helpful in there jobs and off there jobs. Mike Lynch and the staff at cornerstone Home Lending Inc, help me get a refinance on a home Equity loan I had with BofA, who I banked with for over 30 years. I have worked with Mike Lynch for over 20 years on multiple purchases of homes in Southern California. Mike has been an honest, dependable person to deal with and I recommend him to whomever is in need of a lender. I won't go to anyone else. I recently closed escrow on a home in October of 2012 and as usual Mike made the transaction extremely smooth.

I have done business with my Mr. Lynch for several years now and every time he gets more and more impressive. He is not only friendly and pleasant to work with, but he understands the mortgage business inside and out. Further, his staff is most helpful, they are available after hours, and on the weekends if you need them to make sure everyone's timelines for closing happens.

Mike was refered to my fiance and I by our real estate agent. Being first time home buyers, we needed a lot of direction and some hand holding through this entire process. We moved from Texas to California. Our realtor had suggested that we get pre-approved before making an offer on a home, so he put us in contact with a lender he has worked with before. We were under a tremendous time constraint, and getting the pre-approval as soon as possible was crucial.
