Charla has done all my re-fi's and new loans in the last few years. I recommend her to everyone! Not only has she done my loans, she has also done the buyer's loans on two of my properties. I can call her up anytime. All this and she has a wonderful assistant (Tiffiney) too! I would give her more than 5 stars in Customer Service if I could. She goes way beyond what anyone else would do, calling other lenders if necessary and doesn't take no for an answer if it's not the correct answer. She's the best!
Charla is extremely helpful and knowledgable. She was always willing to take the time to explain the ins and outs of the loan process. She is very patient and understanding with all of our questions and concerns. Throughout the loan, she explained what was going on,why, and the next steps.

Charla got me financing for a home I purchased in San Diego County last year, and I have to say it was an incredibly easy process from start to finish -- all because of Charla!
