Layton, UT location: Um, holy moly Batman. Best breakfast experience we’ve had! Tyce was our server and he was top notch. I’m pretty sure my 4 year old is in love with him. We walked in and there was a 15-20 min wait. Even with the less-than-10-minute-wait, we were 30 minutes ahead of schedule by the time we left. We just had a meal here and the biscuits and gravy were good but the fish and chips were more like fish sticks and fries and the coleslaw didn't have any taste. To sum it up the food was eatable but not very good.

Well me and my family have our dad in the hospital at Midwest city , so we have chosen Black Bear cause it was convenient for everyone. The server was new and knew nothing about the food and we asked for white gravy, we got water that was white . Other then that everything was ok.

I have never been unhappy with a meal at the Federal Way Black Bear Diner. I have only been displeased by a waitress whom I felt visited too much with her manager on such a busy Sunday morning. I do go back and just make sure I don't get her. Everyone and the food have been excellent.

Business response:

Thanks for the great rating and review. Come and see us again soon!
