The staff is so caring and really do care that you succeed and will hold you accountable and keep you uplifted and are always positive which makes me want to come back! I thank the staff at ARS for being so compassionate and understanding that we are all people with various issues and never look down on anyone!

Dave is an amazing counselor. He takes his time with assisting his clients. Dave cares and always follows up with his clients and has a great attitude. I was a patient here for a few years before COVID hit but relapsed in the middle of the pandemic. I finally gave up fighting and came back and I can say, both times I have been here, have saved my life. Not only did they save my life, I've been able to actually get back to real life and start to build my life again. They have been kind every step of the way, they treat me like I'm a human and not just an addict. I have an amazing counselor and she has been a huge part of helping me get my life back. I have personally been a patient here for a while now and I must say the staff as of recent has had a major upgrade. both in security and mental health counseling and addiction management as well... Shout-out to Sophia Peters who is probably one of the most caring counselors I have ever had. She will literally go the extra mile for her clients.

I've been a patient at ars pantops in Charlottesville VA and my counselor Emily is bye far the best counselor I have ever talked to she cares listens and gives me the best advice when I'm in need she always calls me back in a respectful manner of time and she is just hands down one of the people that saved my life and had faith in me thank you ARS staff and most importantly Emily thank you so much girl ur the best to ever do it
Its hard to not give the place the great credit it deserves just because one member of the team is rude and controlling.I dont enjoy how my recovery or dose that day is dictated by the receptionist' atitude for that day.Other than that the place has made wonders in my life and had been helping me get past a part of life i didnt think possible and im very thankful for recovering this far.
