been here since the start and let me just say HORRIBLE, run away as fast as you can. my counselor was convicted drug dealer who continued to sell drugs and counsel me until she was caught. medical billing and coding sucks, patients who should not be dosed and are nodding get dosed anyway. nurses are rude and counselors not qualified my current counselor only experience is being a amazon manager. this place is a joke and hard to stay sober when everytime you go it’s a new issue. char from front office is great the rest are gh... read more
Dosing and the lobby is an absolute nightmare. 99% of the clients are a nightmare. The counselors are nothing but a revolving door. Except my counselor Natile who is one of the great ones and one of the few familiar steady faces. One of the ones who truly care.
I can only speak for mCharlottsville VA llocation, but the employees there are as sorry as I have ever seen, even nurses, doctors, and clinical staff working at the worst jails in the nation have a better work ethic than these pople with the exception of the nurse practitioner. The rest of the employees will tell you what you want to hear, lie to you in other words, and then deny what they told you to get your money. David is the only counselor that is right for me personality wise. I don’t get along with just anyone as I can see b.s a mile away and ppl don’t like it when you call them out on it! David is real and honest and it’s sad they let one of the best counselors go over some he say she say which everyone knows is not even true! I hope he sues them for wrongful termination. That man treated everyone fairly! There’s no one like him there and now are is no good with who they have there now!
I wanted to actually do another review in addition to my other one which praised Natalie knight which is a incredible counselor and a incredible human being who cares about people who come there she helped me in my recovery of 8 years clean as of last month and a graduate of the GED program and now a graduate student of ACCC with a associate degree and she has encouraged me to continue this fall at Stockton university with a degree in psychology because I want to help people like she does . 20 years of addiction , depression... read more
I felt heard and respected which is really huge ! Natalie in particular listened! She was able to give me direction when I asked and she treated me with respect and kindness.

I gave it a 1 Star to this experience right now and not knowing who to talk to about this because no one at our facility seems to want to do anything about this and it is a great risk to patients health and very unsanitary .
