Ease of reservation I needed a safe space to park my car long-term, and it just so happens they had one space left. Thankfully as I was driving from another part of the state, my passenger was able to locate this facility. After speaking with the onsite manager/agent, we were able to complete all of the information/documentation ahead of time, and was able to have everything lined up to make the storage easy to manage. Best Customer Service Around! The Customer Service was A1 from the phones to the office. I had an issue after office hours over the weekend. They made it so easy to resolve the issue and gave such great service that I couldn't be upset!
