I am very pleased with the overall property. I am very please with the overall property.
The exception I have rented storage in several cities. This is by far the nicest yet. The staff is friendly, courteous and helpful. Most significantly is the overall appearance of the entire site. Landscaping is very professional and attractive. Office area is professional. All drives and alleys are well maintained. Gates are operational (I say this because some sites are horrible about maintenance). Units are clean and interiors are in good order. Ovrral a very good experience.

Customer Service Exceptional After a competing storage company failed to deliver a usable outdoor storage space I contacted Spencer, Prime Storage Manager. He had the space cleared of 18 inches of snow and allowed our car to be stored. Excellent customer service, good value.
A great place to keep your belongings! Prime Storage on route 70 New Bern is a wonderfully run storage facility. Itâs clean and bright, management is courteous and efficient. The layout provides easy access to your locker. I currently rent two units, one outdoor and one climate controlled. Steve helped me tremendously as I had a long distance move into the area, making it an easy transition. Truly a great place to store your âstuffâ.

Review The lights in my unit have not worked for the last year. This impacts my ability to access my belongings and causes a concern for safety....especially when it gets dark earlier in the day. I also see prices that are much cheaper than my monthly rate.
