Great place Would recommend to friends or family
For over 2 years always clean, friendly and bright. Tho I always try to be on-time with my monthly payment on the occasion that it lapses (a day or two) I truly appreciate Prime reaching out to remind me if I overlook my monthly invoice!

Think the increase in price is a deterrent. Like the facility but still have to use dehumidifiers in my climate controlled space.
Everything is great, but the pricing is a little high. The prices are a little high. But everything else is great.

Great storage and staff I have no complaints other than UPS blocking hallway entrance during Christmas and the gate still not completely repaired. I donât feel safe âworkingâ in my unit with the gate up. Staff is always pleasant and answers questions in person and in the phone promptly. Didnât like price increase without any warning. Fortunately company kept my unit at the previous amount.
Why so many price increases? If the prices keep going up going to have to look at other facilities. Second price increase in a few months!
