great staff Barb is the nicest lady. Always willing to go out of her way to help, answer questions and she makes the rounds making sure the place is picked up. One thing that is disappointing is the lack of carts to move thing in and out. You have got to figure that one out!
Convenient I have found this storage facility to be convenient. Also, they communicate well with their clients. The facility is clean and I feel my belongings are safe in this facility.
Excellent customer service Customer service is excellent, helped me out when my ex-husband attempted to lock me out of our units.
Overall this is a great location and place to use for storage I am surprised that the rate for storage has increased as much as it has with nothing additional being offered or shown for the price increase. Based on the fact that we have all gone through the pandemic together, I think the rates are high especially if this is the percentage of increase per unit.

Excellant staff Becky and Hunter are an amazing and excellent team. Theyâre very straightforward very understanding and very knowledgeable they were very tentative to my needs and weâre extremely helpful I would absolutely recommend them to anyone.
Prices continue to rise, services continue to be "decent." The facility is very clean and secure, and the attendants have usually been friendly. Unfortunately, getting someone to respond to issues is a process of emails and phone tag with out-of-town management. I was also unhappy with a summer period of at least a month, where I was paying high prices for "climate controlled storage," yet the thermometer/moisture detector in my unit was showing temps in the 80s and humidity in the 70s.
