Friendly staff. Nice place but they keep raising their prices
No complaints Clean, friendly staff, no complaints. I canât speak on the price as I havenât done a lot of âshopping aroundâ but it didnât seem outrageous.
Great place, safe, clean, and great customer service Very happy, my only complaint would be D building's "climate control", it can be very hot and humid in the summer in this building, and the winter can be cold, but not as bad as the summer heat.
Great!!! In..Out...got connected super fast...started putting my things in storage the same day!!ðð
The place is clean and decent The only problem is that I have only been at Prime for a few monthis. I came here because of the better price. Before I could finish moving from the higher priced unit, (less than 6 months) the price jumped $53 in one shot ! Again, in less than 6 months. Now I'm stuck paying 2 units at basically the same price! I might as well have stayed where I was. It actually has more room because the height in the other unit was at least 2 ft higher.

Little pricey for units you can't access 24/7 Great customer service BUT horrible prices on units & packing supplies. Lock was $15 & she said that was already half price!!!??? Insurance is required, theirs is $13 month for $3,000 in coverage.
Much better This facility has gotten much better since PrimeStorage took it over. The last owners had really let it go. Iâve noticed a lot of improvements theyâve made. The only thing that could use improvement is the elevator, and the security could be better. Ie there should be a coded entrance or a coded elevator.
