Good storage facility Facility is clean and secure. Easy access with the keypad at the gate. I leave my motorcycle here every winter and haven't had any issues. Folks working in the office are always super helpful and friendly. I've recommended several people to Prime Storage, and I plan to keep using the facility myself.
Price vs Value? I've had a unit there for well over a decade. The rent has more than doubled. We're reconsidering the value.
Unwarranted situation In an effort to retain my belongings...the need for storage was my only option at the time. I have done so for some time. Which will soon come to a close. As a result your location was my choice. Am I satisfied...yes. Please do not disappoint me. Thank you.

Great storage unit ! Great storage overall service!
Price Raise Although the area is clean. The company raises the prices of the storage unit without a proper rationale. It seem that within six months of having the storage unit, the company raised the pricing $40. Considering many people are in financial struggles due to the pandemic, price raising is unnecessary and greedy. My unit has not changed, nor us there an explanation such as property taxes, etc.
Overall 3 stars pricing is high I donât have a problem with the storage unit itâs the prices that keep going up I feel is ridiculous especially when the space I rent is small.
Good but not convenient The hours suck . Very inconvenient. Should open at 6 am to atleast 8pm
Clean and well run, excellent service. I feel like my belongings are in good hands in this spotless, well-managed facility.
