Too Expensive! In the last few years we have had too many (3) rate increases on my unit. I have another unit in Leland and during the same time period have not had any rate increases. If it was so inconveniently to move, I would, only due to the increases, customer service and cleanliness is not an issue.
Facility is clean & reasonably priced with courteous employees. Clean, well maintained facility with friendly & helpful staff. The moving truck and dollies to help move in and unload were extremely helpful. One of the better facilities that I have rented.
Two Pros, One Offic Aaron and Melissa have been professional and accommodating throughout my experience. My initial move was delayed, the moving truck was almost too big to drive in, and my code didn't work at first. Nevertheless, they worked with me and have been cooperative storage partners.
Great Storage Unit Had my storage unit here for about 5 years now... the only issue I have is the price keeps going up and there is no âheads upâ about it. I go to pay my bill and itâs more expensive than the last month. I started at $60 a month (on a student special), went to about $90 and now I am up to $125 per month. Other than that there is truly no issues!

Solid storage facility Great location and clean. Staff are helpful. Only downside is the hours - they are really limited especially on the weekend.
I would recommend Prime Storage. I have had a great experience with Prime Storage. They are kind and very courteous. I have no complaints at all.
Overall a good experience. Facility clean, O/H door worked well. No roof leaks. Snow outside was a bit of a problem - slipped several times. Tight maneuvering a car on the property - holding my breath for when a large U-Haul will come to take contents away. Freemans Bridge location was good for my purposes.
