They always provide great customer service and today was no different. Greg Lee and Nolan Walters were professional and skilled in servicing our AC system today. Their attention to detail and quality workmanship ensured that our system will be working efficiently and effectively during this hot Georgia summer!
We are in the process of installing an A/C unit in our basement and Rick was great at explaining the pros and cons of each type of system, where the best locations would be and why, and generally being a helpful SME. It was nice that he was guiding us through the process and not just trying to push a certain product. I learned more than I was expecting about the process because he took the time to explain everything and answer my questions.

Brandon was really great. He answered all of my questions about the work he was doing on both systems, and he talked to me about the best ways to maintain them. He was honest, professional, very knowledgeable, and also easy to talk with. I would definitely recommend Brandon and Ferguson Heating and Air for their excellent service.
