A quick response on a Friday is greatly appreciated when one is without AC ... especially with the heat we have had. The technician was timely, called and introduced himself. Sending the email in advance with a picture of the technician is a brilliant idea. I prefer (at least to some degree) explanations of what has to be done. Brandon, the technician, was patient with me, and I truly appreciate it. Brandon was also thorough and mannerly. Cheers to you from a first-time customer!
