Susan worked us into the schedule on a rainy day. Then Brandon came out and had us back up and running in absolutely no time! It was a simple fix, and he had the part available on his truck. He explained the nature of the problem in detail and broke down the very reasonable pricing clearly. He articulated the benefits of Ferguson's annual maintenance program as well. I could not be happier with the speed, friendliness, or knowledge of the fine folks at Ferguson Heating and Air!

Ferguson Heating & Air Conditioning is a pleasure to do business with. After a bad thunderstorm, my thermostat stopped working. I called the next morning and by that afternoon Abraham was ringing my doorbell. Abraham quickly discovered the problem, explained what parts would need to be ordered, and repairs done to get the system up and working again.
