Cortney replaced our original loan officer, Jason Battles, one week prior to closing. Closing is stressful enough, but Cortney did what she could to get us to closing. We are thankful for that. However, I wish there was more communication and follow up from her regarding documents and what to expect at closing. We understand that it was hard with the holiday mixed in.
