Excellent communication, helpful every step of the way, clearly explained things I wasn’t sure on as a first time buyer
Cortney was always able to answer all my questions (I had a lot) with thorough explanations. With this being my first house, I didn't know much but I felt comfortable asking her anything.
Cortney replaced our original loan officer, Jason Battles, one week prior to closing. Closing is stressful enough, but Cortney did what she could to get us to closing. We are thankful for that. However, I wish there was more communication and follow up from her regarding documents and what to expect at closing. We understand that it was hard with the holiday mixed in.
Friendly, helpful KBHomes staff always willing to guide me through the process.
Cortney was a joy to work with. Her professionalism & patience in explaining all the details of my loan were greatly appreciated. I will miss talking with her.
