First Of all I would like to appreciate that I have a house. Besides that, I’m not happy because; 1. Our Communication was not clear about; I paid my $200 for appraisal but it was not deducted from the disclosure and nobody explained that to me. 2. I received the Final disclosure amount 1 hour before the closing. 3. I paid $75 for the training expecting to get a first home buyer credit. Until now noone explained to me why I did not get it.

The communication was lacking at best. There were so many things that were miscommunication during the entire process until other people began getting involved toward the end. It was very frustrating to work with her. Wrong loan numbers, wrong suggestions for the credit reporting, different answers for myself and my husband. Not enjoyable at all.
