"No pressure" I've been going to Eisinger Honda since 2014 now. Honestly I tend to shy away from the car dealerships to perform my routine maintenance because of cost and high pressure sales. I work with Steven. He ALWAYS has my car done before the stated time. If something needs to be done, he lets me know. But there is no pressure. They take good care of my little car. I will definitely buy from Eisinger for my next vehicle. :)
"Wonderful Ridgeline--just what I wanted" I have purchased vehicles from Eisinger Honda over the years. The products and service are top rate. I told Joshua Durkin about the Ridgeline that I wanted. He went out into the lot and brought back to me the perfect match to my desired truck.
"Good, positive experience" The car was presented very well, operating systems and functions were explained and demonstrated. We were pleased with the car and our salesman. The dealership is attractive, you feel welcome.
"Friendly and efficient." My vehicle's air conditioning unit was fixed as soon as possible. A replacement part was ordered from Spokane to help with better pricing.. Thanks so much for all your assistance.
"Scheduled service" Very efficient and thoughtful. Done with work early and kept me informed on the time and work performed. Used punch card for free oil change which was welcomed
"Awesome" My experience, like always, was great and I definitely recommend Eisinger Honda(sales and service)whenever I can! Hondas are the best vehicles, period. My 2009 Ridgeline has over 320,000 miles and runs great. My wife loves her 2015 CRV, and my daughters drive an Accord and a Civic.
"Professional service" No problems, good service, however I find this survey to be a bit long and too involved for a simple oil change. It is overkill and is taking up too much of my time. I doubt I will complete another survey like this for such a basic service.
"Comfortable wait, dependable service" The waiting area is great for kids and the service department is very polite. I appreciate the thorough inspection and education without being pushy. Great!
"Great!" Brought my new Ridgeline in for oil change and recall fix. I needed to wait for the work to be done, but the service department expedited my service and I was out in about half the time allotted.
