"Honda air bag recall" I showed up late for my appointment... But, Steve at Eisigner reassured me that I could get my air bag recall service completed but noon. I received a call around 11:30 that my car was ready to go! Faster and better service than was promised. Thanks you guys!
"Excellent knowledgeable pleasant service" I rely on the service manager, Kelly Skare, at our local Honda dealership, Eisinger Motors. She is informative, knows her stuff, and reliable. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Eisinger (and Kelly).
"Kelly is awesome!" My service was very good. She is very pleasant and got me out under time. The only thing that wasnt complete was they were to replace a clip on my wheel well and i noticed when i got home that wasn't completed. This is the second time i have asked to have it done :( other than that the service area was very clean as well.
"My left rear toe we out causing wear on my tire." Steve was amazing. Very helpful and not pushing me to spend more than I needed to spend. He even gave me a free car wash.
"crv oil change" was told my car would be ready in an hour--and it was only five minutes or so after that. very efficient. i am really pleased with my 99 crv that I bought used from you when you were hi country honda in evergreen. I owe its longevity to the care you have given it and that i bring it in every 3,000 miles.
"Monty is knowledgeable and upfront." We bought a newer used car from Monte. He is very upfront and knowledgeable about what would work for us in financing and was very helpful. He made us feel like we were not being taken advantage of.
"Good Job." Ryan did a good job. When he told me it was going to take 2 hrs it was less then 2 hrs. The Dealership was very clean too.
"Pleasant staff and great service" Been receiving service from them for 4 years, I feel that they have been supportive and helpful in working on my car and ensuring that my car is up to date with recalls and any issues with my vehicle
"Snow tires" I have always taken my car to Les Schwab for my snow tires to be put on/off but when I was in for service a few months ago I was told you guys take appointments. Les Schwab doesn’t and it took hours. Thank you Eisinger for getting me in and out!
