"Recall and add accessories " Kelly has always been super helpful and friendly. Service on the car was completed in a timely manner. Interior was kept clean, no complaints from us.
"Prompt resolution" I can’t thank Ryan enough for his diligence to help me resolve a warranty issue that eisinger had previously overlooked, resulting in the warranty to run out. He was willing to contact Honda and explain the scenario and within 24 hrs had contacted and scheduled me for service. This is by far the best service ive had in 5 years of car ownership.
"Oil change" Ryan is always attentive to the needs of his customer, making sure to exceed expectations whenever possible. I appreciate his friendliness and light hearted but factual approach, he definitely makes all the difference when it comes to an enjoyable service visit! Previous experiences with others have not been as pleasant so this was a refreshing change, thank you!
