UPSET We paid cash deal for our truck which after a few days we had to drive it all the way back to Kalispell to get things fixed we have had the truck for 3 months now and have had to replace tons of things and then 3 weeks ago we had to shell out over 4 thousand more for a motor this is messed up.. I am very upset .

Just terrible service. Purchased 4 vehicles in 2.5 years. Get the coating protection. Got a rock chip Thursday and called. No response. Called and got Nate, took it to him Wednesday. Called me back Friday afternoon to say we cant fix it. 3 days having my truck to determine they wont do anything.Why pay for protection that they do not honor and keep your vehicle because obviously they do not care.

Classic bait and switch with this place. The Corwin Motors website showed what looked like a nice 2018 Toyota Rav4 Adventure with 24xxx miles. The salesman assured me that the paint was "clean and free of chips and scratches." Based upon this information, my wife and I drove 5 hours and across 2 states to buy this vehicle, as it was a 2018. Horrible experience but the company reached out Dan gerber misled us as first time buyers into a horrible mistake after alot of fuss on our part jd dykes reached out in good faith and resolved our issues jd made things right for us but I believe this still should not have happened

They just want to make a $ Purchased a vehicle from these guys about a month ago and within 300 miles my light for an oil change came on. I was annoyed that they didn't do an oil change and became sure that the vehicle wasn't looked over. Sure enough two and a half weeks later of normal driving I had a problem with the drive line. Turned out the truck needed 3 u-joints and a new carrier bearing. $600 later it's fixed. So it's obvious that used vehicles don't get looked over much passed the detailing and wash. Duped by the dealership Living in the harsh conditions of a northwestern Montana lifestyle, I was in the market for a 4wd vehicle. Unfortunately, I ended up at Eisinger Motors and was completely taken advantage of. The dealership advertised a Chevy Tahoe WITH 4wd on Facebook, to which I still have the advertisement as proof. Come to find out, the Tahoe is EQUIPPED with 4wd, but they failed to disclose that there are several gears inside the transfer case that are slipping, causing the 4wd NOT to engage. When you purchased the vehicle, after checking it out, you gave us a list of things that you wanted fixed before you would buy it. We agreed, and fixed all of those items prior to you taking delivery of the Tahoe. We understand your frustration with only having it a short time when you suffered an issue with your transfer case.
Used truck I almost bought this truck without having it inspected by Muffler Alley! No back brakes, bad u joints and more! fixed it but shamed me.

On our 'wholesale to the public' vehicles, we encourage our customers to have them inspected by an outside shop or mechanic prior to purchase. These are typically vehicles that we would just send to auction, do not inspect, and now offer them wholesale to the public at a greatly reduced price. Glad you had it inspected and knew what it needed to be a reliable vehicle.
Low Budget Used Car Dealership I did not have a great feeling driving off the lot after the sale, and the experience kept getting more frustrating as time went on. Should have seen the signs and called them out, but now left dealing with the mess afterwards.
