BAD Dealership! " I bought a 2016 Silverado, High country, it is a beautiful truck. It has everything you can get on a High Country, other than a transmission that works correctly! I have taken it in to have the problem fixed NUMEROUS times and got the same result EVERYTIME! I finally talked with Ben Eisinger, he then talked with the Service manager and he then told me that they have done everything that GM will allow them to do! WHAT? #lemonlot sold me a 2014 Chevy Silverado don't work Lemon lot reported to dealer investigator, no care or help for customer shady and ruthless. will tell you that your wrong when your right. Disappointed

I thought they were a great dealership The sales people were very nice and extremely helpful, the problem came exactly 300 miles later when my engine light came on and I discovered a seemingly reputable dealer, will turn off an engine light, without fixing the problem, so as to sell the car at a higher price. This is dishonest and I would not expect it from a dealership. I was very disappointed to know they aren't as honest and above board as they first seemed. Nice at the beginning Mike was very helpful and kind. But once we signed the papers, they seemed to care less. Called several times to get an issue fixed (that they said they would get fixed before I signed the papers. so if you see an issue get it on paper no matter how little it is) and couldn’t even schedule an appointment till I physically went in there and got one scheduled. Irresponsible, Does not follow GM standards, Messy, damaged RO number 1909 Technician: Lonnie Reasons for visit - Power steering concern Did not perform standard inspection of vehicle Failure to diagnose concern correctly Failure to duplicate concern as per instructions Damaged personal property - light bar is scratched, wiring under the vehicle damaged causing auxiliary lights to flicker and be dim. Burned on my Trade-In! I am furious about the low ball offer on my trade in. Jo Velasco literally laughed in my face when I told her I thought my Buick Regal was worth $1,500. The most Eisinger would offer me was $500, then turned around and listed it for sale at $2000!! The mileage has also been altered in their advertisement. Mileage is listed at 197,930, and I traded it in at over 214,000 miles. Wow big difference! Beware of dishonesty!!!!! All I asked for was an honest evaluation of the vehicle but instead Mark gave me a doctored up sale by using the words like immaculate, and detailed often. The car showed up with $500 scrap on the front bumper that was visible after reviewing the dealership photos. After pages and pages of text message dialogue about cost of local dealer’s estimate and denying that it was there on their lot, I was told to “get real” and to” go to h---”. BUYER BE=WARE!! Purchased A used GMC Pickup on Nov. 25th 2015,when I got home ,12 miles away, I tried to lock the doors with the remote and found one of the rear locks not activating. when I asked for assistance in repairing the Actuator they refused to help, even tho I paid $2370.00 for the extended warranty. After several calls and visits with the sales person and service person I was still denied any help, only advice to be deceptive and wait to turn in a claim for at least 30 days.NOT AN HONEST PRACTICE! $2400 to no not fix it I took my Cadillac SRX in to be repaired. All they did was change out some unrelated parts to the tune of $2400. My fault for not immediately taking it right back in and being charged another $2,000 for it to be fixed right. I lived with the thumping until it soured us and we sold it. Worst car we've ever owned. We could've fallen in love with it if it were fixed right the first time.
