I took my H3 in for oil change - now have an oil leak. I took my Hummer H3 in for a recall, a replacement for the 4-wheel drive switch, and an oil change. Now I have an oil leak and they say it is the "oil lines", and they need to be replaced. I did not have this before they changed the oil, this doesn't seem right. I probably would not question it but I originally took the car in the first part of December for the recall and a message on the dashboard saying to check the 4 wheel drive. Disappointed Customer I will not take my vehicle back to Eisinger Motors. This has been a very disappointing experience and a perfect example of poor customer service.

weapon taking out of truck, I called mr. Eicinger to let him know I had put out a police report that MY wepon was taking out of m0y brand new 2014 chevy high country truck, He said all well we dont thing it was taking here. I am a fedearl officer and I put it in the truck center bok up front . I was wating for it but I did not look for it a gaing for about two months. I bring my 2008 silverado truck to diagnose the problem I'm having on my truck, it talk them 2 hour's just to find out what is the problem. my point is, what is the use of the scanner if you can't find the problem, before I talk it there I already have an Idea what is the problem is, cause my cruise control quit working, it simple is that, so after 2 hour's of waiting the guy told me they found the problem and charge me $90 just for diagnose it, and find the problem, I ask how much is parts and labor he say's its gonna be $1... read more

Took my car in for what seemed like a transmission issue. The service department were friendly at first and seemed to listen to what I had to say. The car went in and I sat in the waiting area. 2 hours later I asked about the progress; nothing yet. Another 2 hours and again nothing. "Can't replicate the problem" is the answer I got. They talked me into leaving the vehicle with them, saying that if I knew of a problem and drove it anyway I would void the warrenty. So I left it with them. bought a used vehicle from eisinger. they didn't do anything on this vehicle between the old owner and me except to wash the engine. we took it to have the oil changed two days after we bought it, and they said that it hadn't been done in quite a while, they also said that the top of the engine(where you could see it from above) was very clean, but the bottom was filthy. there were multiple problems with the car and we have had to take it back several times and it still isn't working right. Salesperson was friendly and helpful, at first. Then got "hostile" while trying to work out price!! Finally, thought we had everything settled, when I came back to finalize deal (with title and check), the price had been raised $500!! I tried to get a rational explanation, and have a discussion, but she finally said "take it or leave it"!! I DID GO TO ANOTHER DEALER TO BUY!! It's too bad that a business keeps this type of person as THEIR REPRESENTATIVE!!
