they went the extra mile and got us approved. the Mortage company credit union we had for 15 years didn't approves us with great credit. they took over and got it done. couple days before closing was other issue and Corey step up[ to plate and fixed it for us and went the extra mile and put more in for us. It was also very personal to get a gift in mail after closing and just got a birthday email. Great customer service
