Most unprofessional unorganized mortgage process I’ve ever experienced. This was my 7th home I’ve purchased and it was horrible
The process was extremely confusing and was not fully explained until it escalated to a manager. The manager was great, extremely helpful, and picked up the slack. The officer treated my agent and myself poorly and almost ruined the purchase had the manager not stepped in and taken over.
