I cannot thank Vitt, Jeff, and the team at Costa Bella enough for delivering our beautiful new modern home and guest cottage renovation. They were easy to work with, stand behind their exceptional work, and want to make it right for you. Vitt is an easy going project manager is who’s smart and asks the right questions to make sure you get what you want. He also was good at trying to keep us on our budget.
I can’t say enough wonderful praise of the Costa Bella team!! We are exuberantly pleased still 3 years later. They remodeled our kitchen for us which I designed, I have a degree in interior design, but with the wonderful help of Vic our project manager, it came out so beautiful. We just completed our second remodel with Costa Bella Builders and couldn’t be happier. We remodeled our kitchen, put in all new wood flooring and converted our fireplace to a gas insert and refaced it floor to ceiling with stone veneer and a beautiful new mantle. Vitt and his amazing crew were always on time and very professional, finishing the 10 week project on time. Thanks for making the project run so smoothly. We highly recommend you to anyone planning a remodel or new build!
Vitt and his crew did an excellent job remodeling my two bathrooms. I love the way the bathrooms turned out, and Vitt steered me in the right direction as far as the layout and tile choices. The subcontractors showed up on time, were professional in every way, and did excellent work. I can't say enough about how great this company is.

You won't find a better general contractor out there! I bought a dated and dark 1,500 square foot office building in Capitola. They transformed it into a light and welcoming professional office for me. Vitt is not only an incredibly good contractor, he has a talent for design. He helped me pick out doors, lights, and flooring. Everyone at Costa Bella was a pleasure to work with. Costa Bella made the experience exceed my wildest expectations.
Costa Bella just competed our second remodel in Depot Hill. It is unusual to complete a remodel and still be on speaking terms with your contractor. In fact, the first experience was so positive, we used them a second time. Excellent communication during the entire process. Finished on time and on budget. After interviewing 4 different contractors, we chose Jeff Thranow of Costa Bella Builders for a gut reno of a 3000-square-foot house. We worked with Costa Bella Builders to remodel two bathrooms. From the first meeting they were wonderful! Jeff, Vitt, the Costa Bella team, and all the subcontractors were fantastic. Jeff worked with us on getting the costs within our budget. Jeff was with us every step of the way, helping us make the best decisions on tile, fixtures, vanities, lighting and paint colors.
