Where do I even begin to express my appreciation for Costa Bella Builders? We were in a unique situation of needing a home addition very quickly, as we found out we were going to have twins and really needed to add more room to our small house before they were born. We worked with Jeff and Vitt for many months trying to put together a remodel of a very old home on the ridge in Aptos. Actually, it became a financial impossibility due to the slope stabilization. Nonetheless, they did the very best job for us and it was a joy to work with them. Their ideas were inspired and they were fearless cheerleaders as well as experts in the field. We would work with them again whenever the opportunity arises.
I have worked with Costa Bella Builders on a number of occasions, and I would recommend them to anyone. The homeowners they do work for always have the nicest things to say about Costa Bella, and are obviously satisfied by the level of quality and service they receive.

Jeff and his team did a wonderful remodel to the entryway to my house. They removed two walls, expanded the area into the garage and added a hall closet while simultaneously moving the existing laundry room into the reclaimed garage space. They also redid the existing fireplace and added wood flooring to the family room and stairs. The project was completed on schedule and with no major hiccups.
