The project was on budget, on schedule (very fast!), very clean, and all of the crew and subs were trustworthy, talented and friendly. As a custom hardwood floor company we have had the privilege of working with many talented and successful General Contractors. Some have technical expertise and others offer a high level of consultative service. Jeff, Vit and the Costa Bella team combine the best of both aspects to the benefit of their clients. They are very efficient and solution oriented. Fortunately for us, their cooperative and respectful service extends to their subcontractor partners as well!!

We recently completed a remodel on our home in the Pleasure Point neighborhood that had the scope of a new home, with the challenges of a remodel. I have nothing but praise for Costs Bella Builders. Jeff Thranow, Vitt Castelli, and their crew did a great job remodeling our master bath and closet. Jeff and Vit were a pleasure to work with and I found them to be very easy to communicate with and get a hold of. Jeff and Vit were fantastic. Very professional and did great work. I have a condo (about 900 sq ft), loft style, and they expanded the top floor out. It looks as if it was always this way. Perfectly matched the style, lines, and flooring. I couldn't be happier with the result. Plus the extra 100 square feet is great to have. If you are looking for a rock bottom price and don’t mind the hassles and delays that usually go along with that, don’t call these guys. However, if you are looking for quality, professional service and results and are willing to pay a fair price for them, then this is the outfit for you. I have used them three times now, for a kitchen remodel, bath remodel, and cabinets. You will get a project schedule telling you what will happen each week, and they will stick to it. I can not think of enough superlatives to describe my experiences with Costa Bella Builders. We hired this company to take a raw piece of land and build our dream house. Vitt, the project manager is a delight to work with. I never had a text or message go unanswered. All were addressed the same day (often within the same hour) when I had a concern or question.
