Cottage one staff, I wanted to thank you all for giving my mother ([name removed]) the best care throughout her stay of 2 years and 2 months at Pacifica Memory Care living. You all were so good and helpful with caring hands for my mom, up to the last minute with keeping her comfortable. Our family could not of done it without your staff which includes the med techs and caregivers. Excellent service! Thanks to all caregivers, med tech staff, my husband is well taken care of and healthier than when he arrived at Pacifica. This has become home to him and he's very happy! Also I want to thank the executive Director [name removed] for always being there for the residents.
