Beautiful facility, cozy setting. Staff are very friendly and caring. Nice atmosphere. Well situated cottages in a secure setting. They put a lot of thought into this place. I am especially grateful to [name removed] who went above and beyond my expectations. She and [name removed] are phenomenal assets to Pacifica.

My husband has received excellent care here. When he needed medical help, it was provided immediately. Very happy with the care he has been provided here.

This experience searching for a memory care community was an emotional journey. The cottage atmosphere feels like home and my mother will have peace of mind, living and enrichment in her new home. My husband lived in this community for 5 days and adjusted well, the staff was so good to him, making sure he was comfortable and clean, the courtyard setting was perfect for him, as he loves grass and trees and anything green.

As life changes, and its time to move a loved one from their home to a "new home" there are so many feelings and emotions. We toured Pacifica today and felt like we were "home." The kindness and genuine care from the staff was a beautiful relationship with their residents. A 5-star community in every way.

My loved one has been cared for about 3 months. I visit there almost every day, and find that she is happy and loves all the caregivers and other residents. Her care is warm and compassionate. Her room is kept clean and tidy. I have sat in on some of the meals which I really enjoyed. It's fun to sit with the residents, and share a meal. I like how the caregivers are so attentive to my dad. They know the ends and outs of what he needs. I would like to see another caregiver during the busy times but it is always nice and clean And I am very satisfied.

This community is very clean and the residents seem to be very happy. Their cookies at the front desk [are] also very good. The workers are very happy. I like it because it feels like home.
