My husband and I recently had ALL of the flooring replaced in our townhouse by Couch Potato (approximately 1600 sq feet). We chose to get luxury vinyl flooring throughout our house to replace 10 year old carpet (as well as some dingy scratched up wood flooring in the kitchen), vinyl flooring resembling marble in the bathrooms, a very cute tile vinyl pattern in the laundry room and a gorgeous new carpet on the stairs. 5 stars all the way from sales to installation! Very pleased with the service and my beautiful new carpeting.
I had them install all new flooring in my upstairs rooms. The salesman Tom was very helpful and answered all my questions. I cannot say enough about the three installers, Wilmer, Carlos and Ted. They were extremely polite and good natured and most importantly passed my dog's inspection of them and they all passed with flying colors! Would not hesitate to use them again nor to recommend them to anyone! Thank you, I love the finished project!
