I had the pleasure I using Steve and his team(justin) to install my upstairs Vinyl plank flooring. Steve himself stopped out to measure everything and give us many different color and style options. We then scheduled a time for the install. Justin arrived with all the right tools for the job after a little issue with some height difference in the kitchen. We just had carpeting and vinyl placed with Couch Potato this past week. From the very beginning, the staff went above and beyond. We met with Tom at our home and were given and estimate within 24hrs. Tom worked with us up through and past install, answering even the smallest of questions we had. Felt like we had our own personal expert. The men who installed both the carpet and vinyl were professional and nice. High quality work.
