I’ve been taking all of my Nissan’s that I’ve owned (3) over quite a few years and have always been pleased. Their service has always been excellent. I’ve dealt with Bob in Service for a good number of years now and he always takes good care of me.
Awesome service and didn't hesitate to look at an issue and help me out.
Took my car in for a "recall diagnostic" service. Got there around noon on Saturday and was asked to come back on Monday. My service person was good as far as communicating back and forth about questions I had. But was not very knowledgeable or maybe was told not to speak about WHAT actually was tested or how it was tested. They gave me around 6-8 recommendations for services that they recommend, mind you I picked up this Rogue 2023 SL in July. Shauna is superb! She is professional, knowledgeable and easy to work with. They waiting room is also nice with plenty of snacks and areas to relax or do work while you wait.
