The location is great - walkable and charming with lots of great restaurants and shops. The hotel is nice, and we had a pleasant stay. Having a sofa/chair that folded out into an additional bed was helpful. If this hotel had cost in the $200 range or even up to $300, I would have no complaints, but for almost $400 plus parking, I expected more. We had a king room but it was still on the smaller side. This Hotel is expensive for the quality of service provided. Associates not very warm. For the price charge for rooms parking should be free of charge. A lot of noise in the room from the A/C and heating system.

This hotel was very friendly and nice. Was able to help with questions we had and the facility was super clean. Around the property there was a lot of restaurants to eat from and the T was right there. Was able to go from the hotel all the way into Boston using the T. Parking was also good, not packed and had many extra available spots.
The best thing about this propery is the location! The tram is right across the street and very easy to use. There's a Trader Joe's right down the block. There are also a lot of good restaurants near the property. If you like pizza go try Otto's, and Lee's burgers is also very good. There's also really great Asian cuisine in the area.
