Friendly and helpful staff. Super convenient location. The pool is small but fine for a quick dip or play. The bedding could be improved, but otherwise excellent experience.
LOVED: location and Brookline neighborhood. DISLIKED: Lack of consistent cleaning services, especially in a time of covid. I pretty much had to beg to have the garbage taken from our room. We were there for seven days and only had our room cleaned twice, yet we were paying fully freight. If you can't offer full services, then you need to discount your rates accordingly. DISLIKED: The pool was FREEZING.
I did not like that I had to pay an extra $35 to park my car in their parking garage. The restaurant where we had breakfast was awful. They screwed up the order completely and did nothing to fix it and it was also very pricey.
