Good Hotel Good Staff Good Location We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. We had a small issue coordinating with housekeeping but other than that we really enjoyed the hotel. We also appreciated the bartender in the hotel bar.
A nice hotel in a great location, would most likely stay again. The staff were great and very helpful.
Stayed there for two nights. First thing we noticed was that the hotel is clearly understaffed: only one person in the front desk at 3:15 PM which is right after check in begins, with a long line of people and having a hard time handling everything. It took ages. We understand that we are recovering from a pandemic but they need to step up. No assistance provided with luggage handling upon arrival or depature despite there being a person assigned for the job.
