Service when it came was very polite, friendly, helpful and professional. Unfortunately housekeeping did not come. I was told it was because I still had my do not disturb sign on the doorknob after 9 AM. Who would wake up by 9 AM on a Saturday to remove the sign?
It’s a simple hotel with poor mattress and inefficient service upon checking. They don’t recognize Hotels.com reservations as anything more than an nuisance and the bathroom amenities are basic and few. Towels are small. Beds are poorly maid and the carpeted Flores are dirty. If you wear white socks they are black and dirty on the bottom within 5 minutes.

People are sleeping in the bus covered area just outside the property.
Lovely, clean hotel right near City Hall and several attractions/restaurants. Valet attendants were especially pleasant, friendly, and helpful. Hotel bar seemed to have inconsistent hours (closed by 11 pm on Saturday but open til nearly 2 am on Friday.) Room had broken door stop upon arrival and hole in floor under the rug; room also lacked a full-length mirror and didn't have any info within room about local area, hotel offerings, or hotel policies (ex: check out time, restaurant menu/info, etc.)
