The hotel is in a great location and staff were nice, however I was given a room that was not made up and had to be given a different room. While that room had been made ready, that is to say the bed was made unlike the first one, it was a different type of room then I had initially requested. The next day, housekeeping never arrived, despite my seeing the housekeeping cart right next to my room when I left in the morning. The location is very good. Provide free drinks (water, soda, juice). Staff is friendly. No free parking, but It’s common in every cities.
Centrally located and generally clean hotel. Some not so great looking streets nearby but easy to navigate around. Limited services due to covid-19 though. Staff was friendly and helpful.
Friendliest staff ever! Curiously, while i loved the shower head, the "stall" leaked lots of shower water on the bathroom floor. Not a problem, because easily soaked up with towel, but should be fixed asap. Speaking of towels, LOVED their towels for fluffieness so much I want to buy one!!!
Very clean hotel and friendly staff.
Stayed Again! Thought front-desk staff was very friendly. Was delighted that they offered first-rate coffee "on demand." Have been here for Army-Navy Games and the service has never disappointed.
Very nice place though rooms are small.
I would stay here again.
