The location is good
Nice but... Hotel was nice and in great location. However, the bed linens were very poor. I generally do not post poor reviews but I was really disappointed in the linens. Additionally housekeeping did not clean the room during our stay. The front desk attendants were very nice and helped as much as possible but overall disappointed in the overall quality of our stay.
The hotel location is perfect. A block from City Hall and Love Square, near Reading Terminal, and a short walk to all City Center attractions. The hotel room and public areas are in good condition, but the lobby was a bit messy during our stay - lots of "junk" behind the check-in desk. The public restroom in the lobby was sweltering both days and in need of a cleaning. Staff was accommodating, but not terribly friendly or overly helpful. Nice size room with a comfy bed. walking distance from a lot of places. Old building so loud noises of old pipes randomly
Fix the glitches Check in fine. Room clean attractive. Had trouble with TV cable reception. Also Wanted to stream from computer to tv screen and the connection was impossibly located at back of unit against wall. There was no choice to rent movies so there was no monetary gain to the hotel —so it was bad planning. The toilet tank top had to be removed and mechanics jiggled to get a full flush.
